COACHING

The Coaching training is a customized process between the Coach and the company's executive, where we help the coachee to develop and improve his business and managerial skills, through a series of personal meetings and professional exercises.

This process starts by stablishing and defining what you expect from your business; how do the company's goals and yours are aligned. Where are you and where do you want to be. Thrououghout the frist sessions you will identify and pinpoint your priorities, thus evaluating them against the company's results so far. You will find out where are the wider breaches compared to your expected results, and then we will draft a series of improved performance actions.

The next step consists fo reviewing your professionala skills and the way they are put to work within your business. Leadership, communication, vision and at the same time, your problem solution skills, networking habilities, and potential for team work.

Finally the Execution phase is probably the shortest one regarding the number of personal sessions, but it is one of the most intense in terms of work assignments. It is mainly the pahse where the alternative and action courses are put to the test through viable and useful steps for you and your business. Horizontal and Vertical growth, new financing option, organisation and setting up new strategies.

The coaching process is the most selective one I offer, and it is available only after a careful review of your application. In order to start the process, the coach and the coachee must have gained a mutual level of trust and understanding. There should be enough confidentiality and the commitment to work together to the end and always focused on the final result and performance.
